From Disclosure to Opportunity: Disclosure and Accommodation in the Workplace 

This course will help build your businesses disability awareness and confidence with a focus on two areas: 

  1. Ensuring employees can feel empowered and confident when disclosing a disability. 
  2. Ensuring your organization knows how to respond confidently and provide appropriate accommodation for employees disclosing.
