Disability Awareness And Confidence Training (DACT) For Employment Service Providers (ESPs)

The Disability Awareness & Confidence Training (DACT) for Employment Service Providers (ESP) will prepare staff to confidently support people who have a disability. It explains the benefits of inclusive hiring practices and dispels the misconception and myths that frequently surround people who have a disability. This course will also prepare ESP staff to help employers onboard new employees who have a disability, with confidence.
