Disability Awareness & Confidence Training - Executive Leadership

This learning module will provide executive leadership with an increased awareness and confidence to create a disability inclusive workforce. By the end of this module, you will gain knowledge on:

  • What does disability look like in Canada – the facts
  • Dispelling myths that create biases and barriers
  • In depth case studies of businesses with an inclusive workforce
  • How to foster a culture of inclusion and diversity across your organization
  • How to support or encourage Employee Resource Groups

Audience: This training is appropriate for executive leaders who want to create a welcoming inclusive environment that ensures everyone’s success; including employees who have a disability.

Length: Approximately 30 minutes.
